PT KONTAK PERKASA - Trader Joe’s, or “TJ’s” as some affectionately call it, is a haven for healthy food on a budget. Among the Hawaiian shirts and tiki motif are aisles of good-for-you — and some not-so-good-for-you — choices. Either way, nutritionists love this Monrovia, California-based grocery store.
PT KONTAK PERKASA - In fact, they adore it so much that the five nutritionists we spoke to had a hard time naming just one of their favorite foods to buy there. (One even gave us her entire Trader Joe’s shopping list!) Read on to discover exactly what they put in their red carts. 1. Frozen Garlic PT KONTAK PERKASA - Los Angeles-based chef Beth Saltz, RD, MPH, of Nutrition in the Kitchen, has a long Trader Joe’s list, but one of her favorite things to buy is Dorot frozen garlic squares. “They’re perfect for busy nights when you don’t have time to peel and mince garlic,” she says. “Throw them into a sauté pan with hot oil to melt them; then, add steamed veggies and some salt and pepper, and you’ve got a healthy side dish.” 2. Mirepoix Another purchase that makes Saltz’s kitchen life easier is TJ's Mirepoix. “It’s a mix of freshly diced celery, carrots, and onions that's the base of many recipes,” she says. “I use it in my lentil soup, favorite slow-cooker Mediterranean chicken, and many other soups and stews.” 3. Cheese “There are too many choices to mention, but my all-time favorite is the mini brie bites,” says Karen Ansel, RDN, coauthor of The Calendar Diet: A Month by Month Guide to Losing Weight While Living Your Life. “The person who designed these is a true genius. It’s the first brie I’ve ever had where the rind tastes good! Plus, they’re perfectly portioned so you know when to say when.” 4. Nuts “TJ’s has an extensive nut department,” says Bonnie Taub-Dix, RDN, an Everyday Health columnist and author of Read It Before You Eat It. “And some even come in 100-calorie packs to help you control portion sizes and calories.” She adds their whole roasted unsalted almonds to her roasted veggie recipes, uses their sliced almonds to top her muffins, and tosses the slivered almonds into coleslaw (she toasts them first). 5. Broccoli Slaw When Elizabeth Ward, RD, a nutrition consultant who blogs at Better Is the New Perfect goes to Trader Joe’s, she heads straight to the produce department to pick up the broccoli slaw. “I can make a side dish in minutes with it: I use chopped red onion, dried cranberries, a mayonnaise-Greek yogurt mixture, and sliced almonds,” she says. “Also, their frozen wild salmon is a favorite!” 6. Seed and Grain Blend Ansel also loves Trader Joe’s Super Seed & Ancient Grain Blend. “It’s loaded with different seeds like sprouted buckwheat groats, sprouted millet, chia, flax, red quinoa, hemp, and amaranth, so it’s packed with fiber,” she says. “It also gives you a huge omega-3 boost. I stir it into oatmeal or yogurt to add more nutrients.” You can also eat it on its own as a cold or hot breakfast cereal. 7. Chocolate Caramel Wedges Even nutritionists have a sweet tooth. Mitzi Dulan, RD, author of The Pinterest Diet: How to Pin Your Way Thin and team nutritionist for the 2015 World Series champions, the Kansas City Royals, reaches for Trader Joe’s chocolate caramel wedges when she's craving something sweet. “They give me the chocolate fix that I sometimes need,” she says. “I love the small portions — they’re only 35 calories each — and the tiny tin they come in. I often carry it in my purse.” 8. Salsa “I’m a huge fan of their salsa verde,” says Ansel. “With 10 calories per 2 tablespoons, it’s as close as you can come to a calorie-free food, but it’s got huge flavor. I love it on their green chili tamales, which you can find in the freezer section, or on top of quesadillas.” 9. Organic Chicken Breast Tenders Saltz bases many of her family’s meals on what she buys at Trader Joe’s. One of her favorites is their Organic Chicken Tenders. “At least once a week I quickly toss these in a mix of flour, salt, and pepper, and then sauté them in canola oil,” she says. “In 10 minutes, family dinner is done.” Source : everydayhealth.com

When Sydney Mesher tells people she's a dancer, they're often surprised, she says. The 20-year-old was born without a left hand, but that hasn't stopped her from pursuing her dreams in an industry known for its rigid body standards: "I get to be that person that kind of breaks that barrier, of that mindset."
Mesher’s left arm ends at the base of her wrist due to symbrachydactyly, a rare condition that causes the underdevelopment of limbs in the womb. "Growing up, I dealt with a lot of bullying," says the Portland, Ore., native. But she eventually recognized that the way people reacted to her was really all about them: "What's happening is someone's acting out of their own fear." Mesher is currently studying dance at Pace University in New York City. "With dance you are constantly growing. There's no stopping point," she says. "There's always a place to be better." After college, she hopes to become a Rockette or a backup dancer for Lady Gaga. “I’m very grateful that I’m at a time in this industry where we’re starting to accept different body types," she says. "I know I am different. Especially as an artist, it's so important to have those differences." Her individuality shines through her work: "This is part of who I am. It’s not who I am, but it’s part of me. I want to share who I am and what I love, and celebrate that.” For more of Mesher's story, check out the video above. PT KONTAK PERKASA - Spider-Man: Far From Home is indeed the title of Spider-Man: Homecoming's sequel, and it has multiple meanings. Following his scene stealing debut in Captain America: Civil War, fans were ecstatic to see Tom Holland's Spider-Man again. His solo movie was a huge hit, so Sony and Marvel wasted no time in announcing a sequel was on the horizon. It is going to pick up right after Avengers 4, which is even more fascinating considering how Infinity War ended things for Spidey. PT KONTAK PERKASA - Somehow, there is still a future for Holland's Spider-Man and we will see him head overseas in his sequel. The globe-trotting adventure has continued to keep fans guessing on what the title could ultimately be, which Holland appeared to "leak" yesterday. At the time, it wasn't clear if it was a joke or legit, but it is very much true. PT KONTAK PERKASA - Screen Rant spoke to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige as part of the Ant-Man and The Wasp press junket this weekend and asked him about the sequel's reported title, Spider-Man: Far From Home. Feige confirmed that this is the title for Homecoming's follow up, but went a step further to tease the multiple meanings the title actually has. "You know, I don't want to talk too much about it. It's very early days. We're filming soon. We are filming. We will be based in London as we've done with many of our films for that one. We like that it ties into the title Homecoming, we like that. We like that the way Homecoming, there are multiple meetings." With the sequel set to start production later this summer, it's rather nice of Marvel to reveal the title now - even if it's just so everyone doesn't have to keep referring to it as Untitled Spider-Man: Homecoming Sequel. It also goes to show that Marvel and Sony are leaning in to Holland's spoiler tendencies even more, which is great. As some may remember, Holland previously "leaked" the first Infinity War poster.
As for the multiple meanings of Far From Home, the most obvious meaning is how it relates to Spidey going on an international adventure. While the MCU's Spidey has already grabbed his passport to go to Germany in Civil War, this will be a very different adventure it appears. Far From Home helps put the focus on that aspect of the sequel, but it could also tease the unfamiliar position Peter finds himself in once Avengers 4 concludes. Instead of being a young hero, he could be viewed as one of the biggest heroes on the planet and be asked to do even more. Source : screenrant.com We round up Sunday's talking points from Russia, with England breaking records, Panama celebrating and even a comedy song.
Each day during the tournament, we will be pulling together all the big stories and best reaction right here in a nutshell, so you do not miss a thing. Here are the highlights from day 11 at the World Cup... The reportsEngland 6-1 Panama Harry Kane scored a hat-trick as England swaggered to the World Cup knockout stage with a game to spare after routing Panama 6-1 in Nizhny Novgorod. A record World Cup haul had come in a remarkable first half as John Stones scored twice from set-pieces (8, 40), Kane lashed two penalties (22, 45+1) and Jesse Lingard found the top corner with a curling strike (36). Kane knew little about his 62nd-minute third, diverting Ruben Loftus-Cheek's shot in via his heel, but a World Cup treble takes him top of the goalscoring charts in Russia, as well as putting him in illustrious England company alongside Gary Lineker and Sir Geoff Hurst. Gareth Southgate embraced Harry Kane as he comes off in the second halfPanama were as naive as they were robust in the sweltering heat, but the first-timers were afforded some consolation cheer when 37-year-old substitute Felipe Baloy pounced 12 minutes from time. Japan 2-2 Senegal Keisuke Honda was Japan's hero once again as he rescued a 2-2 draw with Senegal as the two teams remained joint-top of World Cup Group H. In a game of goalkeeping errors, Senegal took an early lead when Eiji Kawashima turned Youssouf Sabaly's shot into the body of Sadio Mane for a goal he knew little about after 11 minutes. Senegal had the better of the first half, and Japan offered little until Takashi Inui's curler beat Khadim Ndiaye 34 minutes in. The Asian side would go onto enjoy their best spell of the game just after half-time, but it was cut short when Moussa Wague fired Sabaly's low cross high into the net from a tight angle (71). Honda, Japan's record World Cup goalscorer, would have the final word, netting from close range (78) after goalkeeper Ndiaye had missed a cross completely, for his fourth goal in a World Cup finals. Poland 0-3 Colombia Colombia got their World Cup campaign firmly back on track with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Poland in their Group H clash. Opening defeats for both sides in Group H meant it was a must-not-lose scenario at the Kazan Stadium and Yerry Mina's first-half goal (40) sent Colombia on their way. Radamel Falcao scored Colombia's second goalA first World Cup goal for Radamel Falcao (70) and Juan Cuadrado's third (75) put the gloss on a scintillating performance as Colombia boosted their chances of reaching the knockout stage. Moment of the dayEven after taking a battering, it's difficult to look beyond Felipe Baloy's late consolation for Panama - because it certainly wasn't treated like that back in his home country. The 37-year-old, in surely the most memorable moment of his long career, turned in from close-range to provide a tinge of frustration for England's defensive performance, and send fans of the World Cup debutants bananas after scoring their first ever goal at a finals. Panama celebrate their first ever World Cup goalThe UK's ambassador to Panama was later seen in the pool at his official residence complete with the shirt of the national team, as they celebrated a historic moment in the country's history. Key quotes"I've heard talk of whether it's better to finish first or second. I'm not sure how we're going to work all of that out in all honesty, so let's just go and enjoy the game again."Gareth Southgate on the growing questions in Group G "We're always accused of getting carried away as England, but when we do have a player that I think every team in the tournament would want, we should get carried away; we should get carried away by him." Tweet of the dayKyle Walker replies to an England fan who says she will get a tattoo of John Stones if the Manchester City defender scores against Panama... and you know the rest. In the newsArgentina midfielder Javier Mascherano insists relations between the players and coach Jorge Sampaoli are not strained after reports of unrest within the team camp. Sampaoli was roundly criticised for his game plan following a 3-0 loss to Croatia in Argentina's second group game at the World Cup, sparking rumours the 58-year-old would be sacked during the tournament. "The relationship with the coach is completely normal," Mascherano said ahead of the must-win match against Nigeria in Saint Petersburg on Tuesday. France midfielder Paul Pogba says he is determined to enjoy the World Cup this summer because it "may be my last one". The Manchester United man is only 25 and may well have more tournaments in him - but he says that cannot be taken for granted. FIFA is to consider making a change to their concussion protocols following Morocco's decision to play Nordin Amrabat just five days after suffering a concussion. The Watford winger suffered a concussion in the African side's opening game against Iran on Friday, June 15 but then played in the second Group B match against Portugal on Wednesday, five days after the head injury. This was strongly criticised by brain injury experts, though, who pointed out that Amrabat should have taken at least a week off, as per FIFA's 'return to play' guidelines. And finally...A comedian who called Russia's World Cup soccer team an expletive in a music video watched online by at least 12 million people released a new song on Sunday in which he said sorry and his co-performer hailed the national side as heroes. Semyon Slepakov's original song, "Ole Ole Ole," was released before Russia's first match earlier this month and tapped into the views of many Russians who regarded their players before the tournament as under-performing and destined for a humiliating and early exit from the competition. The jokey song was well received by many Russians at the time, but angered some fans and politicians, including the Kremlin-backed head of Chechnya who said he found part of it offensive. Since its release, Russia has dramatically confounded its critics, beating Saudi Arabia 5-0 and Egypt 3-1, earning itself a place in the knockout stage in an unexpected turn of events that has delighted the Russian public. Slepakov, whose patriotism had been called into question by some fans, teamed up with Sergei Shnurov, the founder of the band "Leningrad", to try to make amends in a new song called "Champions". Source : skysports.com PT KONTAK PERKASA FUTURES - Congrats! You've successfully made zoodles in a spiralizer. Now, onto the important question: how do you actually cook them? Unlike pasta, you fortunately don't need to wait around for a pot of water to boil. Instead, you treat the veggie "noodles" as vegetables you'd normally sauté on the stovetop.
PT KONTAK PERKASA FUTURES - The best way to cook a batch of zoodles is to heat one or two tablespoons of oil, such as olive oil or coconut oil, in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the noodles with a generous pinch of salt and a little pepper. After about five minutes, the zoodles will be slightly softened but not mushy, which is what you're after. They'll be similar to the al dente texture of traditional pasta. PT KONTAK PERKASA FUTURES - And that's it! You can turn off the heat and turn your zucchini noodles into a full meal catered to your preference. You could add homemade bolognese sauce, basil pesto and parmesan cheese, lemon butter shrimp and red pepper flakes, or even more of your favorite satueed veggies to the mix. After trying out this healthy alternative to carb-heavy pasta a few times, you might convince yourself you like it almost as much as the real thing. Ready to get cooking?
